Our Welcome Session is the perfect place to begin your training journey. During this 90 minute session, we will get to know you and your dog, discuss your goals and challenges, and begin creating a personalized training plan. Includes: 90 Minute Training Welcome Bag Get Started Guide Start On Your Goals Detailed Training Guide Text Support (Up to 3 Months) We will introduce helpful skills and exercises based on your dog's individual needs while giving you the knowledge and tools to continue practicing at home. *Our Welcome Session with Behavioral Support is designed for dogs who need additional help with behavioral challenges such as reactivity, fear, anxiety, resource guarding, or other concerns. We will discuss your dog's history, evaluate their current needs, and begin working toward your training and behavior goals. You will receive personalized guidance, practical exercises, and a plan to help you and your dog move forward together.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policies help protect the time reserved for each client while allowing us to provide consistent, quality care and training. Invoices & Payment Invoices are due by the date listed on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within **14 days of receiving the invoice**. Unpaid invoices become overdue after the stated due date. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, Golden Boy Dog Training may pause or decline future services until the balance is resolved or an approved payment arrangement is established. Repeated or unresolved payment issues may result in termination of services. Payment Arrangements & Exceptions Payment extensions or alternative arrangements may be approved at the discretion of Golden Boy Dog Training. Any exception or payment arrangement must be documented and agreed upon by the trainers or business owners. Exceptions are considered case-by-case and do not guarantee future exceptions. Packages & Memberships Packages and memberships must be paid in full upfront to receive any applicable discount, unless otherwise approved. Package sessions, membership visits, and other prepaid services remain subject to these cancellation and rescheduling terms. Additional package or membership terms, including expiration dates, credits, and billing schedules, will be provided at purchase. Booking & Deposits A 25% deposit may be required at booking to reserve an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the service total. Appointments requiring a deposit are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due according to the invoice terms unless otherwise stated. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. 7+ days' notice: Deposit may be refunded or applied to a future appointment. 3–6 days' notice: Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability. Less than 72 hours' notice: Deposit is forfeited. Same-day cancellation or no-show: Deposit is forfeited, and future bookings may require full payment upfront. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Emergencies & Exceptions Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Golden Boy Dog Training for genuine emergencies or special circumstances.
