Beginner-friendly training focused on trust, focus, and communication: Attention to handler Calming & obedience skills Clicker training & enrichment Loose leash walking & recall Small, supportive group setting: 3–5 dogs per class 4-week program 15 Min Warm-Up, 60 Min Class & 15 Min Q&A = 90 Mins Total! Requirements: Dogs 16+ weeks (no age limit) DHPP, Rabies & Bordetella required Non-aggressive dogs only (evaluation available) What to bring: High-value treats 4–6 ft non-retractable leash Collar or harness (no-pull OK) Optional: toy, chew, blanket Additional info: Outdoor training so dress comfortably, closed-toe shoes recommended Make-up classes available

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We know life happens! To keep things fair for everyone, here’s our policy: DEPOSITS & PAYMENT: Some services require a deposit to hold your spot, which counts toward your total balance. Full payment is required upfront for discounted packages. CANCELLATIONS: Cancel more than 5 days before your appointment for a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit). Cancellations within 5 days incur a 25% fee, within 48 hours a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. RESCHEDULING: Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance at no cost. Reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 25% fee. Services must be completed within 30 days of your original booking. PACKAGES: If your appointment is part of a package, credits are applied toward future sessions. Canceling or rescheduling less than 72 hours before your session may result in a partial loss of credit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit package credit. REFUNDS: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. EXCEPTIONS: Emergencies or special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. QUESTIONS?
