Golden Group is a 4 week training program designed for dogs of all ages who are fully vaccinated and at least 16 weeks old. The program is great for beginners, dogs needing a refresher, or anyone looking to build a stronger foundation for positive reinforcement training. We will cover foundational obedience skills while helping you learn how to communicate clearly, effectively, and positively with your dog. Each week provides opportunities to practice in a structured group environment while receiving guidance and feedback from our trainers. The first class is 90 minutes and focuses on introducing the foundations of positive reinforcement training, setting expectations, and getting started with Attention to Handler. The following three classes are 60 minutes each and build on those foundations with continued practice and new skills. Requirements: Dogs must be at least 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated with Lepto, DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policies help protect the time reserved for each client while allowing us to provide consistent, quality care and training. Invoices & Payment Invoices are due by the date listed on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Unpaid invoices become overdue after the stated due date. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, Golden Boy Dog Training may pause or decline future services until the balance is resolved or an approved payment arrangement is established. Repeated or unresolved payment issues may result in termination of services. Payment Arrangements & Exceptions Payment extensions or alternative arrangements may be approved at the discretion of Golden Boy Dog Training. Any exception or payment arrangement must be documented and agreed upon by the trainers or business owners. Exceptions are considered case-by-case and do not guarantee future exceptions. Packages & Memberships Packages and memberships must be paid in full upfront to receive any applicable discount, unless otherwise approved. Package sessions, membership visits, and other prepaid services remain subject to these cancellation and rescheduling terms. Additional package or membership terms, including expiration dates, credits, and billing schedules, will be provided at purchase. Booking & Deposits A 25% deposit may be required at booking to reserve an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the service total. Appointments requiring a deposit are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due according to the invoice terms unless otherwise stated. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. 7+ days' notice: Deposit may be refunded or applied to a future appointment. 3–6 days' notice: Deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability. Less than 72 hours' notice: Deposit is forfeited. Same-day cancellation or no-show: Deposit is forfeited, and future bookings may require full payment upfront. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Emergencies & Exceptions Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Golden Boy Dog Training for genuine emergencies or special circumstances.
